Got here at 08.35 for a 09.00 delivery. Security guard was friendly. I parked in the staging area, tons of room, took paperwork to office between door 7 n 8. Got a door within 10 minutes and got off loaded soon after docking. Lots of room to back into a door..

These folks have their stuff together! Follow signs for receiving even if you need shipping. Check in at guard shack. Plenty of room to turn around & long back for higher dock door #'s but very accessible. Watch for forklifts and pedestrians! Go to office between docks 7 & 8. Go to window for OTR Receiving even if you need shipping. My appt was 0900. Arrived 0645. In dock immediately. Loaded and rolling at 0830

RECEIVING STOPS AT 11, they won’t take you past 11 even if they’re still unloading trucks that got there before that time..

Never again will I deliver anything to this place TRUCKERS BEWARE I got here at 5:30am and they didn't finish unloading me until 5:30pm because they refuse the load saying that a few pallets were leaning to the side and I have to hire someone to unload the truck for them like a Temp services 😒👎👎👎👎

Delivered a full load of Diet Coke here on 11-26-18. Arrived at front gate at 0430, was in a door at 0508, and I was leaving back out the gate at 0610. By far the quickest in and out I’ve had at a Coca Cola in a long time. Guard was super friendly, we chatted it up while his computer booted, only bad thing about him is he’s a Chiefs fan *bleh* lol! Receiver was professional and polite. Only bad thing I have to say about the whole experience is, the parking lot was a solid plate of ice, couldn’t slide my tandems or get flush with the dock door, also, due to having to drop while they unload, getting back under my trailer was damn near impossible! Their drivers were also having hell getting hooked and rolling out, poor lot maintenance for sure!
